THINGS TO KEEP IN YOUR PANTRY

Here are a few items I always keep on hand in my pantry to easily make a meal from what you already have in your cupboard!

TOMATO BASED PRODUCTS

Diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and marinara/pasta sauce are items that can easily be added to a quick meal.

PLANT BASED PROTEIN

These are a great source of fiber and protein! Make sure to check the salt content. If there’s a lot of salt, I’d advise simply washing with water before using. Beans, lentils, and chickpeas are great to have on hand.

TUNA

This is a great protein source with added omega-3s for brain and immune system health! Plus, keeps well for ages.

WHOLE GRAINS

Lots of fibers to combine with veggies to make a grain bowl! Quinoa, brown rice, and millet are always in my pantry.

NUTS AND SEEDS

Great way to add some healthy fats to snacks and meals. Almonds, almond butter, peanut butter are a few staples.

OATS

Breakfast made in a snap. Bonus points if you have some chia seeds or flax seeds to add!

BROTHS/STOCKS

These are great to have on hand for a quick soup/stew made with other leftover ingredients.

COOKING OILS

I like keeping oils with high smoking temperatures for cooking/baking. Coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil are my favorites.

SPICES

Essential for all cooking/baking needs and instantly increase the phytonutrient profile of your dish!
