Especially of the IT band and glutes.

FOAM ROLLING

Especially of the hip flexors and outer hips.

GENTL STRETCHING

Avoiding  too much sitting and going on regular gentle walks can be quite helpful.

WALKING

Extremely important to engage in physical therapy if you have a history of back pain.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

This can tighten muscles and worsen pain.

AVOID PROLONGED SITTING

Even better if you can add in magnesium salts!
