Plan outfits, meals, and movement for the day ahead. While this may seem small, saving 5-10 minutes in the morning really adds up.

Pay a bit more attention to nutrition to optimize blood sugar, i.e. increasing the veggie intake, healthy omega-3 fats, well-sourced protein, and lots of fiber. This will help support mood and the immune system!

While other things in your life are in flux, it’s nice to have some structure and consistency.
FIND SMALL WAYS TO MOVE
Make sure to get up and move, even at the smallest of opportunities. Extra trips to refill a water bottle, walking after lunch, or parking a bit further from your destination all really add up!
SCHEDULE MINDFULNESS
Make time for things like: going on a walk without a phone, chewing more during meals, or taking out a coloring book to unwind after work.

SET BOUNDARIES
You may be a little pressed for time so setting boundaries with friends/family/co-workers is so important to prevent burn-out.
