MEAL PREP TIPS

Here are a few tips and tricks to maximize time and efficiency so you can spend less time in the kitchen!

PLAN BEFORE YOU GO

Before beginning, have some idea of which recipes you'd like to make first. I usually start with the more complicated ones requiring more steps and time.  If you have an idea in mind, things go much smoother.

CLEAN AS YOU GO

Picking up along the way feels far more manageable than a disaster at the end.

CHOOSE RECIPES WISELY

Aim for similar baking temperatures so you can bake a few at the same time.

Also, pick a few with different cooking modalities (in the oven, on the stove top, in a crockpot/pressure cooker) so you can have them all going at the same time.

USE BAKING LINERS

Place them on pans / in tins to avoid tons of time spent scrubbing at the end.

UTILIZE THE FREEZER

If you have extra of a certain meal, store some in the freezer so you don’t have as much to make in upcoming weeks!
