Raw Vegan Chocolate PB Brownie Batter

I’m embarking on a quest for a blog post a day in May, and I was originally intending for Monday to be an easy one pan meal. But then I made this raw vegan cookie dough and technically it’s made with just one bowl so I figure it’s basically the same thing? Let’s go with that.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup oat flour (oats pulverized into a flour)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

All you do:

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Scoop into bite sized balls, or just keep it in a container and go in for a scoopful at your leisure!
  3. Keep refrigerated.
