Vegan Chipotle Queso

You know what’s an instant gut kill (like buzz kill but in the GI department) –> Tostito’s jarred queso. Like DANGER ZONE. If you haven’t caught on now I’m talking about farts. I wonder how this post’s search optimization will perform now that I’ve said the word farts…twice. So this one is both weird ingredient and therefore hopefully fart, free (tally: 3). With a little kick of spices for a chipotle twist!

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

Soak cashews overnight. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend in food processor until smooth. If you like the consistency a bit thicker, add 1 tbsp almond milk at a time until desired effect achieved.
