Lately I’ve been playing a game of “how lazy can you be” when it comes to meal prep. Let me tell you, it’s pretty entertaining. It involves seeing if I can get my entire meal prep (start to finish, including cleaning) done in under two hours. This recipe DEFINITELY helped me reach that goal. 12/10 recommend.
what you’ll need:
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
All you have to do: shred the chicken and combine with tahini, spices, grapes, pecans and celery. And voila! You’re done!! Great to add to sandwiches or on top of salads all week!
