What you’ll need:
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut butter or coconut oil (unmelted)
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of allspice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1-2 dates
- optional rolling materials: chopped pecans, coconut shreds, coconut butter, cinnamon
What to do:
- Add pecans to food processor and pulse until roughly chopped
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until dough forms
- Form into balls
- Roll in chopped pecans
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Keep refrigerated
