Pecan Rosemary Salmon

I loved this recipe so much I wanted it to have a permanent home on my blog! And also the color of the salmon is so visually astounding that it deserves it’s time to SHINE on this corner of the internet.

The quick and easy:

  • 1 salmon filet (I used Sitka Salmon Share)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
