My favorite thing to whip up for the week are some snack bites. Made these for my dance show for the weekend to share with my fellow dancers!!
chocolate almond bites
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Combine all in the food processor and pulse until dough forms. If dough is still dry, add 1 tbsp almond milk at a time until dough forms. Roll into bites.
peanut butter banana bread bites
- 2 cups oats
- 2 overripe bananas
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pulse all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor until dough forms. Once dough is formed, fold in chocolate chips. Roll into bites.
