Pantry Staples Meal Plan 5/17/20

Another pantry staples meal plan! This one isn’t vegetarian, but with a few easy swaps, can easily be made so. Always with budget in mind.

On the menu this week:

breakfast: mango banana smoothies, berry banana oat cups, avocado veggie toast

meals: sheet pan chicken fajitas, tuscan white bean pasta skillet from Nourish and Fete, loaded sweet potato nachos

snacks: chia seed pudding with berries
