Overnight Oats 4 Ways

I’ve been in a real breakfast rut lately. So I’m taking rut to ~strut bc these overnight oats are ready for the runway (I’ve been studying for too long and have acquired a chronic case of lame-itis. Send help). Recipes below!

Almond cinnamon pear:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond cashew milk 
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract 
  • few dashes of cinnamon
  • topped with pears 

Lemon maple tahini:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond cashew milk 
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • zest of 1/2 lemons
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup 

Chocolate orange:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond cashew milk 
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • juice of 1/2 orange 
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs 

Raspberry almond cinnamon: 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond cashew milk 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • few dashes of cinnamon
  • topped with raspberries

Homemade almond cashew milk: 

  • 1/2 cup almond
  • 1/2 cup cashews 
  • soak overnight 
  • rinse in the morning and combine with 6 cups water
  • add in 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt
