Wet ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce

  • Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
  • Baking powder

To fold in:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another.
  3. Combine wet with dry.
  4. Fold in berries.
  5. Put into lined cupcake trays.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
