Instagram Smoothie Round Up

In an effort to streamline my recipes / have more of them in one place, I jotted down a few recipes of smoothies past. Hope you like THESE smooTHESE!! xo

Chocolate Sweet Potato

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 roasted sweet potato, skinned
  • 1/2 cup summer squash (or frozen cauliflower – you can’t taste either)
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant based protein (I use Philosophie Cacao Magic)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp each reishi and cordyceps powder (I use Root and Bones)
  • few shakes of cinnamon

Blueberry Lavender Cauliflower

  • 1 cup lavender almond milk (When making almond milk, add 2 dates, seeded, diced and soaked for 30 mins 1 1/2 tsp fresh lavender petals or 1 tsp dried and 1 tsp organic alcohol free vanilla before blending soaked almonds and water. Then strain as normal).
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (steamed then frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tsp reishi powder (I use Root and Bones)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used Vital Proteins collagen peptides)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

Coconut Spinach Spirulina:

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen coconut meat (bought fresh, and froze afterwards)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vital Proteins Vanilla and Coconut Water collagen peptides)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cherry Cashew Cauliflower:

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (steamed then frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 scoop protein (I used Vital Proteins collagen peptides)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tsp cordyceps
  • 1/2 tsp resihi
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Delicious! I haven’t tried frozen cauliflower in smoothies yet, but I’ve seen this ingredient popping up all over. I’ll have to give it a try!
