I’m a honey mustard FIEND. I just love it. It’s my forever dressing and dip of choice. And Ken’s honey mustard on the rocks is my drink of choice. Okay, slight hyperbole. But I just love the sweetness of the honey combined with the slightly bitter and spicy mustard – it’s just divine. So I love making a little vinaigrette version for salads, like this fennel and shaved carrot one.
mix together
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp stone ground mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- pinch of sea salt
- few cracks of black pepper
