The absolute hardest thing about this recipe is the prep time. It was so hand cramp inducing in fact, that the rest of the “recipe” is really just plopping a variety of other ingredients on top.
This is kind of the point of my “recipes.” Basically just a combination of things that taste good together and combined in a super simple way.

Preheat oven to 400F. Preslice yams. Bake for 45 min – 1 hr. Top with toppings.
