Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie

Considering it snowed last week in October, we’re most certainly on to holiday flavors. Gingerbread cookie smoothie coming right up!!

Gingerbread cookie smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 dates (1 if you want a little less sweet)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of ginger
  • Almond milk (~1 cups, 1.5 if you like a thinner smoothie)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend it all up and sip sip sip!
