Considering it snowed last week in October, we’re most certainly on to holiday flavors. Gingerbread cookie smoothie coming right up!!
Gingerbread cookie smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 dates (1 if you want a little less sweet)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- Almond milk (~1 cups, 1.5 if you like a thinner smoothie)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend it all up and sip sip sip!
