Boston
- The Paramount $$: great breakfast and brunch spot with a very extensive menu. Everyone is bound to find something! Beware: the inside is extremely small and narrow and they stick to an order in the line and find a seat as they become available.
- My pick: veggie omelette (broccoli, tomato, mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella cheese) with side of avocado with caramel and banana french toast to share
- Some gf, df options but everything appears to be made on the same griddle. Would definitely call to ask prior to eating if you have severe allergies.

- The Buttery $$: Great burgers for brunch (I’ve had the beet burger before and it was a beeatiful thing), and divine avocado toast. I usually end up topping it with an egg. Amazing amazing bread as the vehicle for said toast. Great brunch spot for sit-down as well.

- My pick aceitunas, escalivada ctalana V, gambas al ajillo, pulpo Gallego, ensalada de achicoria, setas y huevos, asado de huesos, paella valenciana or verduras and honestly ANYTHING. The food is just unreal.

- Trident Booksellers $$: Breakfast/brunch/lunch. this is one of my favorite brunch spots in Boston. The menu is absolutely massive and there’s something for everyone.
- My pick: I usually build my own omelette and get a fresh juice or the Mediterranean quinoa breakfast bowl (spinach, quinoa, feta, tomatoes, chickpaeas, two sunny eggs). The popeye bowl is also a favorite (spinach, portabella, chickpeas, broccoli, microgreens tossed with sesame dressing, walnut pesto.

- you’ll see this ALL over Boston. The subway tile walls, artfully tiled floors, pastries galore, and a line out the door. Definitely a “hot spot” Instagram-worthy café.

- Frenchie Wine Bistro $$$: modern French using locally sourced and sustainable produce with an impressive wine list. So impressive in fact, there’s a sign in the restaurant that says “in vino veritas” (in wine we trust.)

- Café Luna $$: one of my favorite breakfast spots! Breakfast every day, and they also do delivery and take out. In the summer, they open the windows so it’s a huge open concept.
- My pick: roasted vegetable omelet – roasted broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, squash and onions with feta cheese with a fruit cup

- Bluestone Lane Café $$: health focused and progressive brunch / lunch with really cute interior. They also sell union square donuts inside!
- My pick: vegetarian big brekkie (two poached eggs, halloumi, avocado smash, baby kale, baked mushrooms and roasted tomatoes served with toast), and banana bread

- Henrietta’s Table $$$: “Fresh from the farm and honest to goodness home cooking” is the tagline. great brunch options, too! Winner of best brunch 2019!

- Mamaleh’s $$: modern era Jewish Delicatessan with items like pastrami sandwich, pickle plates, matzah ball soup, and milkshakes. Love heading here for brunch on the weekends. Also home to AMAZING ice cream sandwiches stored in their to-go freezer.

- Alden & Harlow $$$: Thoughtfully sourced, honest American food in a subterranean, modern and comfortable space. Bold and flavor-forward food that honors tradition of place in itis quality. I have so much respect for the chef, who also owns Waypoint and Longfellow Bar. They also have really inventive and creative brunch options.

- Collette Wine Bistro $$$: French bistro with fresh and local ingredients (sister restaurant of Frenchie wine bistro). Also serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch!
- My pick: smoked salmon tartine: sourdough, baby spinach, shaved carrot, apple and raspberry vinegar creme fraiche, served with sautéed potatoes

- Juliet $$: great spot for brunch or dinner! They also have both a prix fixe dinner menu with a theme that rotates seasonally as well as an a la carte menu. Ingredients are locally sourced and inventively crafted into dishes. They even have a “pay what you can” option on their reservation list if this type of eating is typically out of your budget. And they’re available on the app Food for All! They sell a fresh vegetable pasta dish for $5 on the app.
