Tossing in a suggestion to the MoMA to curate an exhibit featuring edible splatter art similar to the chocolate drizzle action below. It would make my eyes and my tongue very happy. What also makes me happy during a week that usually ~cramps~ my style is this mousse. With banana, avocado and dark chocolate, this bad boy is packed with magnesium and B6, both of which work together to alleviate PMS symptoms. B6 is reported to attenuate emotional symptoms like irritability and fatigue whereas magnesium helps with physical symptoms, think: bloated like a pregnant jellyfish. - 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate…I used 78% (1/4 bar) – 1 tbsp for inside the mousse and 1 tbsp for drizzle
- 1/2 ripe banana
- splash of almond milk (1-2 tbsp)
- Mix in a food processor or blender or just use a fork and mash all together!
- Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate.
