Things getting busier this time of year means the need for more on the go bites! A few new recipes below!
Chocolate Almond Snack Bites
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 dates
- pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond milk

Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until combined

Add 1 tbsp almond milk at the end to form dough ball

Form into bites

Cover with cacao powder (optional)
Lemon Coconut Cashew Snack Bites
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 3 dates
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- 1 lemon (zest for topping)
- 1/4 cup coconut shreds (for topping)

Combine all ingredients in food processor except lemon zest and coconut shreds

Pulse until well combined and dough forms

Form into circular bites

Top with lemon zest and coconut shreds (optional)
