You know when the need for dessert strikes suddenly and with vengeance? Same. So here’s a dessert that’s ready in under 3 minutes.
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), melted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
To fold in: 2 tbsp chocolate chips to fold in
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Mix wet with dry and fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave 1 min 30 sec for the melty gooey life. (1 min 45 if you like it extra done).
