Brownie Mug Cake

Brownie Mug Cake

You know when the need for dessert strikes suddenly and with vengeance? Same. So here’s a dessert that’s ready in under 3 minutes.

Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt¬†
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), melted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

To fold in: 2 tbsp chocolate chips to fold in

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Mix wet with dry and fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Microwave 1 min 30 sec for the melty gooey life. (1 min 45 if you like it extra done).
