I absolutely love almond joys, hence this recipe here, but I equally love breakfast time. So I thought it was only responsible to pair an almond joy latte with my almond joy candies.
What you’ll need:
- 1 shot espresso (or 1 cup coffee)
- 1.5 cups coconut milk (if using coffee, you’ll only need 1/2 cup coconut milk)
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- optional: 1 date
- ice cubes (if you want iced)
Get to it:
