Thank you ALDI for sponsoring this post. It is such an honor to partner with companies whose mission statement emphasizes nutrient density and accessibility.
The year is 2021. We have somehow crawled our way to another year. The last thing we (read: I) need is an impossibly long to-do list of ways to improve, expand, be better, do more.
If there’s anything 2020 taught me, it was how to scale back, simplify, and make space for more by doing less.
So, I am resolutely not making any resolutions that include this “more mentality.” And instead – taking what I already have and making space for “more” by in fact doing (and hopefully spending) less.
Which is why I’ve teamed up with ALDI tbring you a few meal ideas that are nutrient dense, flavorfully diverse and exciting, and all for under $15 (and even less than that when you factor in the serving size, eek!).
The ALDI mission and shopping experience is designed and staffed to reduce time and cost and offer high-quality food at affordable prices. Their innovative approach makes shopping fast and easy, and they sell ONLY what you need. Think: one amazing and high-quality kind of peanut butter, rather than spending 20 minutes deciphering different brands with different ingredients. All the best options at the best prices.
