Peach Turmeric Coconut Popsicles

This simple recipe will take the sick out of pop-sick-les. With tons of vitamin C (see: peaches, oranges), turmeric (hugely anti-inflammatory), black pepper (to increase turmeric absorption), chia seeds (fiber), and local honey (great for allergies) these are the perfect treat for the summer sniffles.


  • 2 cups of frozen peaches
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • juice from one orange
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Do this:

Mix together all ingredients in a stove top pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant. When finished, let cool, put into popsicle molds, and freeze.
