PB & Jamz 19

Some jamz to fuel the workout, and a peanut butter centric snack to fuel the me. PB & Jamz week 19.

Snack simplicity: toast, Teddie’s organic peanut butter, sautéed persimmons in coconut oil spray, nutmeg, and cinnamon and then mixed with a tablespoon of chia seeds.
