Almond Butter Chocolate Cherry Chia Balls

BALLing my eyes out from happiness because these bring such ease and joy to my week. I made them on Monday and tossed them in the freezer to make for grab and go snacks. They’re packed with insoluble fiber via chia seeds and oats, which binds to and removes things like bile and extra hormones through the digestive tract.  I’ve also been writing my personal statement for PA school and getting things organized (the application opens next month!), so these are perfect phalanges fuel while typing away on my computer. The recipe is BALLow!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp The Natural Citizen organic energy (code LEMONS at checkout for $10 off any bag)
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop smooth almond butter protein powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Combine all ingredients and mix together. Form into balls or bars. Refrigerate.
